Penguins of the Point is an intimate short nature documentary offering a glimpse into the daily lives of King, Gentoo, and Magellanic penguins at Volunteer Point in the Falkland Islands.

Beyond the familiar seasonal rhythms of breeding and molting, the film explores three pressing threats to the colony’s survival: climate change, commercial overfishing, and avian influenza. Rather than relying on sensationalism, the documentary takes a measured, evidence-based approach to examining how human activity and warming oceans are reshaping the delicate balance of life in one of the world’s most remote ecosystems.
